Found this on twitter today (shared by Stephanie Marie). Having channeled my thoughts on anxiety through this blog over the past 24 hours, the below chart has never seemed so relevant.
I always go back to this: Anxiety is not a choice but we choose how we manage it.
Are we checking in on ourselves? Are we taking care of ourselves and acknowledging our anxiety’s presence?
